Can't reinstall some packages

I'm trying to reinstall the xbox packages but I can't. Every it say "Unable to install the package. The resources
to be modified are in use." even where they arent. But it seems that when it try do disintall them the process get started and then trigger the error. So maybe do something to stop a process before installing it.
