Unable to perform setup after crash

Essentially after attempting to perform the setup for the first time, everything went smoothly, I chose my settings and started the process when my PC unexpectedly crashed at the blue "Installing Windows Server" screen. Now I can assure my PC is stable but whenever I try to repeat the process, I mount the iso, the Windows logo appears and nothing else happens, the Windows logo just stays there forever until I decide to shut it down. Any ideas on how to solve this?
