PC Did Not Pass TPM 2.0 and CPU Check

I ran Flyoobe 2.0 and after doing some customizations, I ran Windows Setup from ISO and it failed TPM 2.0 & CPU Checks and FLyoobe would not let me continue.

Reproduce the report by running Flyoobe 2.0, applying customizations, and launching Windows Setup from an ISO. Compare the TPM 2.0 and CPU checks with the reported point where Flyoobe will not continue; done means the failure is understood and the setup path behaves as intended.
