reinstalling Windows 11 using Fly

I installed windows 11 using Flyby11. It was successful except anything that was running either foreground or background will not open because of a parent control error even though I am the admin for the computer. I get the error:

Ask for Permission
You need to ask an adult in your family.

Some apps I was able to remove the issue by reinstalling but not all. All the Microsoft apps still get the error.
I have disabled the parental control service. I checked the scheduler and found no jobs for parental control running. I tried to delete in registry entry,hklm\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\parental controls but it will not let me even running regedit as adminstrator.

I am now thinking of trying to reinstall windows 11 with Flyoobe but I don't see any step by step process to do it. When I installed the first time I didn't see if parental control service was running. Now I know it is disabled I am thinking the reinstall should go cleanly.

Could someone send me the step by step process for Flyoobe 1.5 ?
