Error : The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation

So, I'm trying to update my computer : Asus G11DF (AMD Ryzen 5-1600, Rtx 3060, 16go ddr4, ssd m2)
From Windows 10 to Windows 11 25h2 ( I can't find the 24h2 version at least without losing my data / app). Of course my computer can't just pass the update but according to flyby11 everything is fine and it should pass

When I launch the installer (with the OS obtained on Microsoft.com) and flyby11 or floobe everything goes well until ows 11 25h2 (the blue screen "installation of Windows server" arrives on the last 90 percent, my computer restarts and falls on a page that says that it is going back to windows 10 because of a code error: 0xC1900101 - 0x20017

I try using a other os ( Re download ) I tried the sfc /scannow, Windows update, the drivers. Nothing work I end up always with the same error.
I have checked on my bios the secure boot and it's off.

Can you help me pls my actual last hope os juste to change my cpu.
