Description

Trying updating windows 10 home 22H2 to windows 11 25H2
Used FlyOOBE 1.4. and then again with FLyby11
both times get the same "couldnt install windows server error"

I read another similar post was having an issue with the CPU.

My computer is:
Device Name CYBERPOWER81
Processor AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB
Storage 238 GB SSD Inland SATA SSD, 932 GB HDD TOSHIBA DT01ACA100
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (6 GB)
Device ID 4F8EAD2F-AE66-43BA-9D3F-CE604E36DB6A
Product ID 00326-10000-00000-AA698
System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

My c partition is 96 GB and has 34 Gb free. I don't have any nonstandard devices attached
Is this computer upgradeable with FlyOOBE?

Giving it another try with disconnecting internet
Same error "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during the BOOT operation"

Research direction

No source file, test, or code entry point is identified in the report. Start by reproducing the SAFE_OS/BOOT installation failure with the listed Windows 10, AMD FX-8350, and FlyOOBE/Flyby11 setup; done requires determining whether the failure is caused by FlyOOBE and documenting a verified fix or compatibility conclusion.
