Flyoobe---- this app cant open on your PC

Tried lots of methods to install win11 and was sure Flyoobe was the answer. Unfortunately like all the other methods when starting the app got the error message "this app cant open on your PC"
I think this might possibly be because the PC is running a 32 bit operating system on a x64 bit processor and it seems like none of the setup programs run on 32bit? i tried upgrading to 64 bit but got the same message error when trying to run the installer. If all else failed I might opt for a clean installation but can't see how to do that. I am not very experienced in computing matters so any help would be appreciated
