FlyBy11/Flyoobe fails to upgrade Win10 installed on USB HDD

Upgrade to Win11 when Win10 installed on USB HDD fails once started after processor check successfully passed. Flyoobe just reports that Windows server cannot be installed on this machine without details, but FlyBy11 Classic reports that Windows server cannot be installed on USB HDD.
While Win10 also cannot be installed on USB HDD using Media Creation tool, installation can be achieved using latest Windows.iso installed on target USB HDD with Rufus 4.6 in WindowsToGo mode. Once booted and updates are completed, the installed system works and upgrades fine.
Similarly, Win11 can be installed on USB HDD (for the above machine) in the same way using the latest Win11.iso, installation of which failed with Flyoobe and FlyBy11 Classic.
The difference, however, is that while Win10->Win11 upgrade completed smoothly on permissive machines with FlyBy11/Flyoobe results in transfer of all user settings (display, etc), installation completed from scratch using Rufus-created boot USB HDD needs post-installation work to restore all settings used in prior Win10.
This means, however, that Microsoft-imposed restriction preventing Windows install on USB disks can be overcome, but such bypass is not implemented in FlyBy11 and Flyoobe.
Can this be fixed?
