Fix problems using windows update issue!

Hi, Thanks to you for a nice project that allowed me to upgrade to Windows 11 without any major problems (but a long installation process xD) I can now use Windows 11 without worrying about updating it.

When I tried to use fix problems using windows update it didn't go well. after the 8% process a pop up came in saying the process is not supported for this version of windows (the only reason I couldn't install windows 11 directly) and after that windows update only shows fix problem and the option button is greyed out and I can't get out of it.

Is there any way to get Windows Repair to work?

Start by reproducing the Windows 11 Windows Update repair flow described in the issue, including the failure at 8% and the disabled option afterward. Investigate the Windows Repair path and determine what change is needed for unsupported Windows versions; done means the repair flow no longer fails in this scenario and Windows Update is left usable.
