Documentation clarification?

First time user, and it's not clear to me how to use this package.

Can flyby11 be used to convert a "stock" win11 ISO into a different/new ISO with the selected "options", and that ISO can be mounted on any appropriate machine to install Windows 11 there?

Or perhaps one must:

- on a machine running Windows 10 (perhaps others)
- download zip file of this package
- perhaps download a Windows 11 ISO
- extract the zip file
- run the program,
- - pointing it at a Windows 11 ISO
- - selecting the desired options
- and that will do the install on the current machine

or perhaps there are other choices.
