issues after restart: Wi-Fi/network icon disabled & usbipd device stuck in error state

After applying several system tweaks and installing a single plugin called “Remove ‘Edit with Photos’”, I restarted my system. Immediately after the restart, I began experiencing two major issues, both of which were not present before the changes.

Issue 1: Network / Wi-Fi icon disabled

After rebooting:

The network / Wi-Fi icon is disabled or missing

Network access appears disrupted

Re-enabling via usual Windows UI methods does not resolve the issue

This behavior started only after the restart, following the applied tweaks and plugin installation

sue 2: usbipd fails to attach device in WSL (device in error state)

At the same time, usbipd stopped working with WSL.
