im trying to transfer my moms install of quicken starter edition 2017 over to her new install of windows 10 1909 from a separate hard drive
(HDD)Windows10 1903(location of software)
too (SSD)Windows 10 1909(destination)
all work is being performed on the same system, both drives on the same motherboard.
