Cleanup of Downloads folder not offered

However, when running Cleanmgr+ as administrator (or otherwise) the option to delete _anything_ from the Downloads folder is not offered _at all_.

A thing to note is that the Downloads folder in this case is not in its default location, therefore %homepath%\Downloads and %username%\Downloads do not work — hence it'd might make more sense to use something like this: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/27460275/get-the-windows-download-folders-path-download-shell-folder-in-a-batch-file

From reading here, I was expecting to see the Downloads folder among the places being offered but because in fact I didn't that's why I made the thought above.

P.S. In an effort to get comparison results, I've also tried running Burnbytes as an administrator — but unfortunately that app did not work at all (I'm opening a separate issue there).

Start by reproducing the missing Downloads cleanup option with Cleanmgr+ when the Downloads folder has been moved from its default location. Inspect how available cleanup locations are discovered, using the linked Windows shell-folder reference as context. Done means the relocated Downloads folder is detected and offered for preview and deletion.
