Description
1. Should RadiusOfCurvature be set for parabolic arc or is it still optional?
Doc describes the value for parabola, but Rick's guide assume it is $.
2. Is parabola always vertical?
If not - it requires radius to completely define
3. Nice to have where rules to specify required parameters and consistency for redundant values for all PredifinedTypes
