Description
We are working with Solibri to develop an IFC-based automated checker for Singapore's Accessibility Code, supported by the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA).
More details of this project:

However, BCA has expressed a strong preference not to use the term " handicapped" due to its outdated and negative connotations. They advocate for using "BarrierfreeAccessibility" as it better aligns with includive policy language and Singapore's accessibility intent.
We would like to proposed this change to the IFC schema to reflect more inclusive termininology. We are also open to explore possible updates for better alignment with global accessibility standards.
