Description
Qto_SpatialZoneBaseQuantities does not include NetFloorArea, GrossFloorArea, NetPerimeter, GrossPerimeter, NetVolume, GrossVolume which seems to me crucial.
Length and Width do not make sense for a non-rectangular IfcSpatialZone.
