Examples in Annex E not passing IFC validation (!?)

I tried few examples from appendix E of documentation (https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/annex-e.html) and they are not valid IFC example: buildingSMART validation service (https://validate.buildingsmart.org/dashboard) reports schema errors.

Sometime is just a problem of schema version ("FILE_SCHEMA (('IFC4X3_DEV_1cb7015'));") other have more complex problems (Deprecated entities, Element correctness)

Start with the Annex E examples in the linked IFC4x3 documentation and reproduce their failures in the buildingSMART validation service. Check the reported schema-version, deprecated-entity, and element-correctness errors; done means the examples validate without those errors.
