`IfcPostalAddress` used in concept template `Site attributes`

`IfcPostalAddress` is deprecated, but still used by the concept template `Site attributes`:

Request to revise the concept template. I have no idea, where does the concept template come from (it isn't part of the IFC4 ADD2 TC1 as far as I see), or why is it like this, thus I am unable to make any educated proposals, how to address this (pun unintended).
