References to properties and attributes in the documentation should be intelligently linked

As recommended by @aothms [here](https://github.com/buildingSMART/IFC4.3.x-development/issues/34#issuecomment-867890084) - it would be great if references in the docs to attributes or properties could be wrapped in the markdown, such that we could detect if there were incorrect references, typos, etc, and also hyperlink them with anchors to the right portion of the page. This would greatly improve usability of the docs.
