Description

In my opinion VoltageDrop should be in Volt [V]. The one expressed in percent [%] should probably be called VoltageDropPercentage.

Research direction

Start with the Pset_CableSegmentOccurrence property set and review the original discussion in IFC4.3.x issue 126. Determine whether the specification needs a new voltage-loss property or a distinction between voltage and percentage values; done means the property decision and resulting IFC specification changes are agreed and documented.
