documentation updates of IFC4.0.2.1 lost ?

Description
When working on some docmentation improvements, I saw several cases, where the current documentation updates of the latest certified version of IFC4.0.2.1 - see [here](https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/l) got lost.

in IFC4.0.2.1 all corrections in regard of removing the documentation references to the deprecated standard case elements had been made. See IfcBeam [documentation](https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/ifcbeam.htm).
in latest IFC4.3.0 it still shows the old documentation text. See [here](http://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcBeam.htm).
this old text was last shown in IFC4.0.2.0 - see [here](https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2/HTML/link/ifcbeam.htm). It somehow got lost in IFC4.1 - see [here](https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4_1/FINAL/HTML/link/ifcbeam.htm).
I found more discrepencies - it looks as if all documentation improvements of IFC4.0.2.1 over IFC4.0.2.0 got lost somehow in the development timeframe. We need to make a diff between these two versions to restore it.
