Description
See [CV-2x3-178](https://standards.buildingsmart.org/documents/Implementation/IFC_Implementation_Agreements/CV-2x3-178.html)
Originally brought up [here](https://forums.buildingsmart.org/t/agreement-cv-2x3-178/2781).
When there is no IfcOpeningElement (such as for toilet partitions, some cowboy-style swing doors, etc) a door or window may is proposed to be related to the wall via IfcRelConnects.
I checked and could find no mention of this in the docs for IfcDoor, IfcWindow, or IfcRelConnects.
Is this relationship something to support? If so, is a concept required? Is more docs required?
