Description
1. Removal of attribute IfcReferent.RestartDistance
2. Improve documentation for IfcReferentTypeEnum STATION and POSITION (proposal will be PRed)
3. Pset_LinearReferencingMethod ApplicableType change to IfcReferent
4. IfcReferentTypeEnum remove KILOPOINT and MILEPOINT
5. Add Pset_Stationing.Increasing : IfcBoolean
