I'd think amplification frequency responses are normally encoded in dB. That would be IfcSoundPower**Level**Measure. I think IfcSoundPowerMeasure was renamed to IfcSoundPowerLevelMeasure, so maybe the property is old and not updated.
I'm not sure about receivers? Are they handled differently using ratios? Is there somebody that can comment?
