Should we add OFFSITE to IfcAssemblyPlaceEnum?
Note that now in UML, we could reference a schema enumeration equally well as the parametrization of a enumerated property, but for the time being I propose to keep them both in the spec (notdefined unset is handled differently among other reasons)
