Pset_FilterTypeCommon|FlowRateRange|IfcPropertyBoundedValue|IfcVolumetricFlowRateMeasure|Possible range of fluid flowrate that can be delivered.
Pset_PumpTypeCommon|FlowRateRange|IfcPropertyBoundedValue|**IfcMassFlowRateMeasure**|Allowable range of volume of fluid being pumped against the resistance specified.
The description mentions volume, but the measure type is set as mass which is inconsistent also with other properties. Is this just a mistake?
