Description

The semantic definition of IfcKerb [1] states

> A border of stone, concrete or other rigid material formed at the edge of the carriageway or footway.

The semantic definition of Pset_ConcreteElementGeneral [2] states

> General properties common to different types of concrete elements, including reinforced concrete elements.

Therefore, IfcKerb and IfcKerbType should be included in the list of Applicable Elements for Pset_ConcreteElementGeneral.
