Hello,
I saw a little mistake and apparently some missing values in [IfcSIPrefix](http://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcSIPrefix.htm) documentation:
Milli mistake was also in previous version but missing values not: https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4/ADD2_TC1/HTML/link/ifcsiprefix.htm
