Add example with IfcCableCarrierSegment and IfcCableSegment to IfcRelNests Semantic definition

I propose to add another example to the IfcRelNests Semantic definition

This was prompted by the discussion in https://community.osarch.org/discussion/3316/ifcspace-good-for-spatial-containment-of-ifcdistributionelements#latest

To make clear that IfcCableCarrier can be put in a nested relation with the IfcCable elements it is routing maybe the following EXAMPLE could be added:
EXAMPLE A series of [IfcCableSegment](https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcCableSegment.htm) entities can be nested within an [IfcCableCarrierSegment](https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcCableCarrierSegment.htm).

Open the IfcRelNests Semantic definition at the linked IFC4x3 documentation page and review its existing EXAMPLE entries. Add an example stating that IfcCableSegment entities can be nested within an IfcCableCarrierSegment, then verify that the rendered definition includes the new example.
