Unclear documentation on exceptions

Default Visibility = true;
Space Visibility = false;
space1 is exception

By semantic and [applying rules](https://github.com/BuildingSMART/BCF-XML/tree/release_3_0/Documentation#applying-visibility) I'm expecting space1 is visible

However early documentation says "A list of components to hide when DefaultVisibility=true or to show when DefaultVisibility=false" that means space1 is invisible

Start with the linked Documentation section on applying visibility and compare it with the quoted exception description. Reconcile the wording for Default Visibility, Space Visibility, and space1 so the documentation gives one consistent interpretation; done means the two statements no longer contradict each other.
