Description
Hi,
The Python project is considering to deploy the Git HEAD version of buildbot to get two changes:
* "git: apply partial clone filters when fetching": https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/pull/9074
* "Add dark theme": https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/pull/8980
I'm not comfortable with deploying an unreleased version of buildbot and would be way more comfortable with a regular release.
I see that buildbot 4.3.0 was released one year ago (May 2025). Would it be possible to cut a new buildbot 4.4.0 release?
Do you need help for such release?
Thanks in advance,
Victor
