Description
Collect application metrics, expose them to prometheus and visualize them in grafana.
## What metrics do we want to track?
* [x] connected workers
* [ ] active users
* [ ] average response time for endpoints
* [ ] hours transcribed per hour
* [ ] realtime factor for different jobs per worker
* [x] queue length (in entries and in time?)
