Add option to use unofficial Vosk models

Hi,
Is there (or could there be) a way to use Vosk models no listed in the official download list with Audapolis ?
I've trained my own model for a low-ressource language and it would be great to be able to use it with your software.
So far I've tried to add the model under the `~/.local/share/audapolis` (where the downloaded models reside) but it doesn't show in the model selection list in Audapolis.
I could use it by renaming my model to use the name of a previously downloaded model but it's kind of hacky...
