Explain lgraph models

As of right now, the tour explains (more or less) that "`big` model is better than `small` model".

But now there seems to also be a `lgraph` model that is (size-wise) right in the middle.

Perhaps the tour could also have a line or two explaining what that type of model does and when it should be chosen.
