[🐛 Bug ]: Adb fails to connect with Genymotion SAAS

### Expected behaviour

`gmsaas instances adbconnect` should work for Genymotion instances.

### Actual behaviour

We're seeing errors of the form `Command output: adb: device 'localhost:12345' not found` with `gmsaas instances adbconnect`, and per Genymotion support, the fix is probably to upgrade GMSAAS_CLI_VERSION. I submitted #540 to do so already. I can provide more details if it would be helpful.
