Description

### Operating System

OracleLinux8.6

### Docker Image

budtmo/docker-android:emulator_14.0_v2.19.0-p0

### Expected behaviour

Successfully executing test operations

### Actual behaviour

Description:

I am encountering significant performance issues with the Android 14 emulator and Appium v2.19.0 running on my cloud server. My testing scenario involves using a web-based Robot Framework to orchestrate DockerAndroid for app testing.

Previously, I experienced freezing issues with Android 8, but after upgrading my host's performance, it became manageable. However, after upgrading to Android 14, or even downgrading to versions 12 or 10, I continue to face problems such as devices going offline, the system becoming unresponsive, or tests freezing halfway through.

Given that my host machine has 32 CPU cores and 60 GB of RAM, these issues should not be occurring. Could you please provide guidance on optimizing the emulator's performance? Any suggestions or best practices to improve stability and responsiveness would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
