[🚀 Feature Request ]: Cannot install and use appium 2.0 plugins with using those images

### Expected behaviour

I want to use some appium 2.0 plugins for example relaxed-caps but it does not installed on docker images or there is no argument for using appium plugin on docker run command

### Actual behaviour

i shoud pass parameter like --use-plugins=relaxed-caps
