Description
### Operating System
Ubuntu 22.04.3
### Docker Image
Docker version 24.0.6, build ed223bc
### Expected behaviour
While docker-android is running, the swap keeps increasing even though I have enough RAM and the RAM does not increasing, slowing down the system. It is not normal behavior
### Actual behaviour
Swap should not be contantly written for no reason unless the RAM is near full.
