Add Docker images to emulate Android TV

## 🚀 Feature Request

Idea:
As a user I want to emulate Android TV on Docker Container
In order to run Appium tests on it

Add android_tv Image
Add skins to emulate tv_1080p tv_720p

Publish new image to docker hub

Problems that want to be solved:
Test Android TV with Appium
