Idle animation for ducks

I'm pretty sure ducks begin dabbling as soon as they have nothing else to do.
Problem with this issue is: This is not a programmer issue. We need a designer to change https://github.com/bubblequack/bubblequack/blob/main/assets/sprites/duck_walk_1.png and add some idle animations to it.
