Push Open Channel button secondary view

Currently we list the Open Channel view at the bottom of the channels list, and in an attempt to extract the views further and consolidate where possible, I think we should modify it to match the mock below.

This would give us the ability to add more options on the Open Channel view specifically, if we so choose to in the future.
