Be more explicit setting up the program

1. I had to guess and tinker with the yml configuration file to get it working. A lot of trial and error involved.
1. I had to go after the logging.conf after spending half an hour debugging a cryptic python exception. It turns out that the logging-config is required.

I suggest that your readme.md should be more explicit in the steps necessary for setting up this bot.
