Support entire accounts instead of repos

While I understand this isn't an issue for everyone, I personally struggle with the fact that I'm maintaining a few dozen projects. It would be very helpful if I could configure the bot to monitor all of my projects at the same time instead of manually having to configure it for a [bunch](https://github.com/WoLpH?utf8=%E2%9C%93&tab=repositories&q=&language=) of projects :)

Not all of those projects are active and maintained by me, but I actively maintain at least a few dozen of them so this would help me quite a bit.
