[Feature Request]: Create the buses tab component to add buses.

Initially, we were trying to add the buses and schedule them both simultaneously. This is not an efficient way. We need to implement them separately.

The following tasks will be required to do:
- Create the frontend for the buses tab and display the added buses there. (designs will be needed to figure out by referencing the current designs figma file).
- Implement the functionality to add the buses.
