Netlify build image update

Hello, Netlify is requesting that this site update its build image:

> ⚠️ Support for the Focal build image will end on January 1, 2026. We recommend switching to the Ubuntu Noble 24.04 build image as soon as possible.

I can help with this if no maintainer has access to the Netlify project (though if that is the case, we need to correct that). But I prefer that the projects handle this update themselves, as there is a risk, however slight, that upgrading the build image could break the site build in a way I would be unable to correct if I make the update.

Open the Netlify build-image configuration link from the issue and check which image the project currently uses. Switch the project from Focal to Ubuntu Noble 24.04, then trigger a site build and confirm that it completes successfully.
