Finding the url automatically in the swagger

Maybe, it could be possible to adjust line 6 in the [swagger.json](https://github.com/bridgedb/docker/blob/master/v3/swagger.json) so that the swagger can automatically find the ip of the machine where the container is running and the port used for it.

There are some information [here](https://spec.openapis.org/oas/v3.0.0#server-object) and [here](https://swagger.io/docs/specification/api-host-and-base-path/) --using `{server}` and `{port}`.
