Convert to column shouldn't reset

the 'convert to' column seems to reset to Affy every time I change a setting (like autodetect to specific database, or changing the species). I think if users selected a certain database to convert to, this setting should stay similar to what they selected (it is a bit frustrating when you convert a big list of IDs, and then find out you are converting to Affy if you didn't want to do that).
