Description

We need to plan for a massive update… or decide that we definitely stop our data collection efforts just before it.

- First round is on [June 11, 2017](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_legislative_election,_2017)
- Both chambers affected, 100% lower (AN), 1/3 upper (S)
- Might also trigger local mandate reshuffles, e.g. ex-MPs becoming municipal councillors again, or stuff like that

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the project’s data-collection workflow and clarify whether collection continues through the June 2017 legislative elections, including both chambers and possible local mandate reshuffles. Done requires a decided collection policy and a defined scope for any resulting update.
