Feature Wishlist data de-deuplication tools

currently pldb/cancerDb seems to have a duplicate table record(s) problem.

While using truebase has its uses, the schema seems to allow creation of duplicates too easily.

Since most (normal) people don't know how to write anything other than SQL schemas this could be a bottle neck for wider adoption of this project.

It could also make the project difficult to recover from spammer vandalism,etc.
