Add easy way to add container name to bash prompt

For courses that use multiple containers it would be nice to be able to include the container name in the bash prompt. That way there would be some indication of which container is being used.

This could also include the option of having the user enter their name the first time the terminal is run. That is helpful for having students provide screenshots that will then include their name.
